One-off packages are paid in full at checkout; this payment starts the project. Monthly programmes are billed at the start of each period.

Monthly programmes (SEO content, email, ghostwriting retainers) require 30 days' written notice to cancel. The current billing period is completed and delivered as normal; no further periods are billed after the notice period ends. If notice is given partway through a period, that period is pro-rated.
If you're an EU consumer (buying for personal, non-business purposes), you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because our services are performed to your specific brief and typically begin very quickly (turnarounds start from as little as 4 business days), the checkout asks you to expressly confirm that you want work to start immediately. Under Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (transposed into Croatian law via the Consumer Protection Act), once a service has been fully performed with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, that right no longer applies. If work has only partially begun when you withdraw, you'll be charged a proportionate amount for the work already done, calculated on the same basis as the cancellation table above.
If you're buying as a business (a company, sole trader, or otherwise for purposes related to your trade or profession), the EU consumer right of withdrawal above does not apply to you; the cancellation table above governs instead.
