These Terms of Service govern any package purchased or project brief accepted through todayscopywriter.com, between you ("the client") and Today's Copywriter d.o.o. ("we," "us," "the studio").
An order is confirmed once payment is received (for published packages) or once a written quote is accepted (for bespoke work). Confirmation starts the project and the turnaround clock stated on the relevant package or quote.
Each package's page states exactly what's included and what isn't. Work outside that scope — additional pages, additional revision rounds beyond the two included, a different deliverable format — is treated as a scope change and quoted separately before any extra work begins.
Two structured revision rounds are included per deliverable on every package, responding to the margin notes prepared at the brief stage. Feedback outside those two rounds, or feedback that substantially changes the original brief, may be quoted as additional work.
The turnaround stated at checkout runs from the date we have both your completed project brief and your payment (or signed quote). If we're waiting on information or approval from you, the clock pauses and resumes when we hear back — the delivery date shifts by the same amount of time.
Draft copy remains our property until final payment clears. On final payment, full intellectual property rights in the final delivered copy transfer to you. We retain the right to keep an internal, non-public copy of the work for our own records and (in anonymised or clearly-labelled illustrative form only, and never for named client identification) for demonstrating our approach, unless you request otherwise in writing.
You're responsible for providing accurate brief information, timely feedback, and any necessary rights to material you supply to us (photos, product specs, existing copy). We're not liable for delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect information you provide.
Prices are stated exclusive of VAT; the applicable VAT treatment is calculated at checkout based on your billing country and VAT ID status. One-off packages are paid in full at checkout. Monthly programmes bill on the same date each month until cancelled with the notice period stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific package or project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from the use of copy we deliver.
Either party may end an ongoing (monthly) programme with 30 days' written notice. One-off projects are governed by the cancellation terms in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Zagreb, Croatia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your own country of residence if you are a consumer. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
